Narina has degrees in Exercise & Nutrition Science, and Elaine is a Certified Trainer & Nutrition Coach.
Our mission is to help women feel healthy, vibrant, strong & confident in their bodies.
We opened our first gym together in Los Angeles, California in 2005, and in 2020 we moved our workouts online.
