RECIPE #1 –

Avocado Toast

 

Makes one serving.
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread

  • ½ avocado, mashed

  • ¼ lemon, juiced

  • dash Green Goddess Seasoning Blend

 

Directions:

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Combine the avocado, lemon juice, and seasoning.

  3. Spread the avocado mixture on the toast.

  4. Enjoy the toast on its own as a snack, or pair it with soup or salad as a meal.

 


 

 

RECIPE #2 –

Green Goddess Yogurt Dip with Veggies & Crackers

 

Makes one serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ teaspoon Green Goddess Seasoning Blend

  • ¼ bag sugar snap peas

  • ¼ bag baby corn

  • 10 3-Seed Sweet Potato Crackers

 

Directions:

  1. Make the dip by combining the yogurt & seasoning.

  2. Enjoy with veggies and crackers.

 


 

 

RECIPE #3 –

Salad Dressing

 

Makes one serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon Green Goddess Seasoning Blend

 

Directions:

  1. Simply combine the three ingredients.

  2. Use as a dressing on any greens.

  3. Enjoy!
