3 Healthy & Delicious Soups from Trader Joe’s
On a cold evening, nothing tastes better than a bowl of hot, delicious soup.
But we don’t all have time to make soup from scratch! So we’ve rounded up our favorite three healthy options from Trader Joe’s.
Plus, we’ve included suggestions for how to turn them into nutritionally complete, satisfying meals.
This vegetarian Harvest Chili is rich & flavorful. The smoked paprika, cumin, coriander & chili powder, give it a delicious smoky flavor without making it too spicy.
The combination of butternut squash, sweet potato & pumpkin gives it a wonderful flavor, the cauliflower & quinoa create an interesting texture, and the bean blend makes this soup protein-rich and extremely filling.
To make it a complete meal, add some whole grains and healthy fats. We like to pair it with avocado toast for a super satisfying meal.

This soup is loaded with vegetables & beans and flavored with rosemary, oregano, and other delicious herbs. It’s savory, nutritious, and filling.
