Dolmas Snack Plate

This is not your typical snack. It’s healthy, delicious, and feels elevated but takes almost no effort to make.
The dolmas are tangy & savory, the Greek yogurt adds a creamy boost of protein, cucumber brings a fresh crunch, and pita chips tie it all together.
It’s so simple but keeps you full and satisfied (which is the whole goal when it comes to snacks).

Makes 2 servings
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
Ingredients:
- 1 can Dolmas (vine leaves stuffed with rice)
- 2 Persian cucumbers
- ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 10 Baked Pita Chips
Directions:
- For each serving, use:
- ½ container Dolmas
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 5 pita chips
- Pack everything together and enjoy when ready to eat.
