Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup almond milk

  • ½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • ¼ can Trader Joe’s organic pumpkin*

    • *If pumpkin is out of stock, use a full banana instead of half banana.
  • ½ banana (Tip: frozen banana will make the shake creamier)

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice

  • 1 date

  • handful of ice

 

Directions:

  1. Blend the almond milk and pumpkin pie spice to distribute the spice evenly.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order listed.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Enjoy every sip!
