Ingredients:

oil spray

½ bag (8 oz.) Argentinian Red Shrimp*

1 lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic Seasoning Blend

½ bag Spicy Mexican-Style Riced Cauliflower
-
½ bag Fire Roasted Bell Peppers & Onions

1 avocado, diced
* The night before, pour half the bag of shrimp into a zip-top bag and place in the fridge to defrost overnight.
Directions:

Spray a pan with oil, preheat on medium heat, and add the shrimp.

Squeeze lemon and sprinkle seasoning over the shrimp

Sauté two minutes per side, remove from pan, and set aside.

Pour the Mexican Style Riced Cauliflower and Fire Roasted Bell Peppers & Onions into the same pan & cook five minutes.

Add the shrimp back to the pan & cook three more minutes.

Divide onto two plates & top each serving with half avocado. Enjoy!
