Teriyaki Chicken Veggie Bowl

When you’re in the mood for Asian food, but don’t want to spend money & calories on takeout, try this quick & easy recipe.
Cooking’s a breeze because we start with Trader Joe’s frozen Teriyaki Chicken Bowl as the base. Then, to make it more nutritious, we add extra veggies, nuts, and edamame.
It’s a simple, delicious dinner without the fuss, just like all the meals in our Trader Joe’s Plan.

Makes 2 servings
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
Ingredients:
- 1 package Ready Veggies
- 1 package Teriyaki Chicken Bowl (frozen)
- ¼ package Shelled Edamame (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon Thai Style Peanut Dressing
- ¼ cup cashew pieces
Directions:
- Spray a pan with oil and preheat on medium heat. Sauté the Ready Veggies for 5 minutes.
- Add the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and shelled edamame; cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Divide the mixture onto two plates. Drizzle with ½ tablespoon of Thai Style Peanut Dressing and top with 2 tablespoons of cashew pieces. Enjoy!
