All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's



  • 1 can Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water (no salt added)
  • ½ Avocado (diced)
  • ½ Lemon (juiced)
  • ⅛ cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Persian Mini Cucumber (sliced)
  • 20 Multigrain Pita Bite Crackers



  1. Drain the tuna and then combine with avocado, lemon juice, yogurt, and seasoning.

  2. If packing to go, divide into two containers.

  3. For each serving, pack: 1 portion Tuna Avocado Ranch; 1 cucumber; 10 crackers.

  4. When ready to eat, simply enjoy the three together.


*Prefer a Vegetarian Snack? Replace the tuna with ½ cup of garbanzo beans.
